As a drummer, I can agree. Song is difficult cause the rhythm doesn't follow the structure the drums lay out, instead, the drums is nothing more than the compliment to the intense remix.

First time I played GPS it was hell. I spent well over 20k credits just to beat it. I wasn't using motion controls at the time and was new to Splatoon all together. After a solid year of playing, I went back and destroyed those fricken octo girls! Payback was so sweet! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Inner Agent 3. Even now, it still takes me between 10 to 20+ times to beat him/her

Splattack (octo) in a nutshell 1 : fight possessed agent 3 while vibing 2 : unlock the music on Squid Beat 2 3 : try it 4 : realize the difficulty 5 : put hours of your life, destroying your fingers and your sanity to the point that you're view start being blurry and you can only see the little green and pink squares 6 : unlishe your demon inside of you and getting the reflex of a *G O D* only to get a brown medal

Splattack Octo is hard to drum to, I suspect, for the same reason that all those "but every other beat..." videos are. It takes a relatively simple song and then scrambles the heck out of it.

I swear this game emits a ray of hope (or something) it has spread throughout a multitude of stuff (I've seen people use pfps of the Agents in Tf2, dunno why but do what makes you happy)(besides the point) I'm saying is that whether it's the songs or the animations, it's been on a rise of complete love (not against that) from every good side from it's community. 💖

I think you and I have different definitions of "swing." This song is really _syncopated,_ and stuff happens all over the beat, but it's not based around triplets like swing-time is.

But the hardest thing has to be resting perfectly on so many of the beats 🤣 like they are probably more rests in the sheet music then actual beats like someone might as well come up A whole new rest section in the legend just for the song
