If I had to guess what happened next: Everyone spread rumors saying that Jennifer killed Lorelei and her friend threatens to tell but she killed her friend and herself but no one was going to miss Jennifer and her friend anyways. Levi and Loreleis mother and father felt awful for what happened. Levi didn’t want to face them after what happened. They wished that they been better parents but Levi couldn’t forgive them or himself. At the funeral they prayed for Lorelei’s forgiveness while crying in regret and shame. Levi coldly said to them, “I hate you both. You both shoulda been better parents towards her.” Levi was in good terms with Lorelei’s friends but was never forgiving towards his parents ‘who Levi wanted nothing to do with’. After he moved out, Levi and Loreleis parents felt real awful. They felt like they failed as parents. But when Loreleis ghost (peaceful) appeared. Loreleis parents went on their knees and said, “We’re sorry!! We shoulda been better parents!! We love you Lorelei!! We’re really sorry!!! We shoulda treated you both equally!!” They cried before Lorelei replied, “I forgive you both. I love you and Levi. Just take care.” Loreleis father then said as he hugged her with the mom, “Lorelei. I know we failed as parents. But we really do love you. We just didn’t know until it’s too late.” Lorelei went back to heaven. Eventually Levi forgave his parents.
