I might be stupid or having trouble with my hearing but is this song a kind of continuation to the song Forensick from their first album? Thought I heard that riff and those melodies in this song. Kickass song anyway! Def a stronger album than The Haunted Made Me Do It. Fantastic band
If you like that exact change then we disagree. With with the punchy rythmic pattern on one note for a whole measure, this song establishes a pattern on simple dedication to a feeling. The abrupt change comes out of left field and undermines the flavour, were i to produce this song, i would cut out 1:50 to 2:09.
