I lived in that place in the late 1970s, moved out when it was 'threatened with demolition', one of the ground floor front flats (I was systems analyst working for Burroughs Corp at the time). Whilst there I never heard even a hint of a ghost in the place. You see in the early moments of this show a 'ghost (servants') stair case', which was at the back of the place. To the right of it was my bathroom and dunny, which was quite separate from the rest of my flat. The people living there in my time (I was there about 18 months or so) become quite a little community. The top balcony that you see in the pics was actually walled in for much of that time, but the people there took it out and discovered the balustrade. They also managed to get one of the fountains to work(!) - quite a feat. It was a bally good place to live, close in to the city centre (Wellington), but down a quiet cul-de-sac. It was sad to have to move out.
Actually it's in New Zealand mate! Not Australia. Yes - People do feed off each other but I wouldn't rush to judgement until I'd had an inexplicable experience myself. Personally I have them all the time.
I went there with some of the boys, we didn't stay long and as soon as you walked in it felt like something wanted you out immediately, but I didn't see anything, but like I said I was only in there for a little while hahaha.
Yeah that was the old Fever Hospital. I remember renting a room there briefly in 2006 from a complete nutter who "worked for the city." The experience of living there was kinda like The Shining.
