Not only have you helped me to learn to meditate, but you have truly made my life better. You have not only helped me purify my 118 year old home through your cleansing ritual, but you have also helped me to relieve my stress and to relax which is extremely difficult. I was in a severe car accident when I was 18 ( I am now 58) and after 5 discectomies, s low back fusion and a neck fusion, I live with severe pain every day.
