Closing in on its 100th anniversary, St. Mary's Lyceum has long been a place for the people of the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Lawrenceville to come together to enjoy the various festivities held at this historical venue. The Lyceum has withstood several obstacles over its 100-year history, including the closing of the church and Catholic elementary and high schools associated with the gymnasium. St. Mary's Lyceum is not only a special place for the people of Lawrenceville, but a place that all people can appreciate because of its rich and unique history.
