It's so surprising to see how safe and trusting the cat and the hen are with each other. I've seen a similar story at my grandma's : there was one duckling that got out of his egg much earlier than his siblings, so there was a risk mama duck would leave the eggs to take care of the baby, so my grandma had to take him away and put in a box in the warm corner of her kitchen. It so happened that mama cat was also in that same corner with her litter and the duckling must have felt lonely, so he somehow managed to jump out of his box and join the kitties. It was the sweetest thing seeing this duckling among kittens drinking milk and mama cat grooming the duckling as well as her own kids 😍

I'm 71 years old and that may be the sweetest thing I've ever seen what a 🐈 😻

It's amazing how some animals interact with others. Our old German Sheppard use to do this with all our baby animals on our ranch before she died from old age. When we had any calls she would go in always check on her herds and flocks, if thier were baby's she would lay down and get small and wait for them to cuddle up, then she would curl up and keep them warm, during winter she would always find the animals that were al9ne, and mive them to the rest of the group inorder to keep them all warm. We got scared one time when we though one of the cows was gonna go after her, since we ended up getting a new cow, but our dog trained her and made her apart of our family, and another animal for our dog to cuddle up to, and play with. Miss that dog, have never had another pet like her, she trained all our animals to get along with each other, and would go after anything that went after what she considered her pack
