Alexandra, did you understand that list of countries that attended in Tonga? I bet one could have cut the tensions in the air with a knife! Everyone turning up to keep an eye on one particular nation amongst them all. I don't know if you delve into politics, but things are rather tense down here in the Pacific region of the Southern Hemisphere. Had to laugh when hearing that the US, UK and Japan, along with Australia, New Zealand, etc. all turned up to this tiny Pacific Nation just for the 50th anniversary of the Tongan Navy!😂 I too loved that sculpture in Monaco. I think that it would predominantly be used to warm food and drink, than cook it completely - yet you never know the power of the Sun. Bushfires can be caused by the Sun's rays shinning through glass and igniting grass underneath. It was a beautiful looking sculpture that then followed the Sun throughout the day and had another use for cooking/warming food and drink. Quite a useful piece. I like the design of the entire area and set amongst those lovely gardens. Makes one wish to be there right now. Hope you've been enjoying your weekend.🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨 PS. As stated before, your Dutch pronounciation is pretty good. In French, just remember that ''in'' is pronounced as ''ei'', not ''a''. Like princier = preincier, not prancier. Or ''Coubertin'' = Coubertein, not Coubertan. Easy peasy. Grand duchess Stéphanie will be more in the public view now, and I really wonder if she gets her clothes from Walmart. Ill-fitting and unflattering - such a pity, as she is such a pretty lady. She could learn a thing or two from her MIL in that department, but that does not seem to happen. One could wonder why?
