I think shrimp are just getting started in the USA. They look fascinating and don’t take much time to set up. I’m going to try a 10 gallon tank first to see how I like them. I might try breeding them to make a little cash on the side if I like it.

They do have shrimp competitions in the U.S. We don't have any here like in Europe or The far east. Canada definitely has shrimp as there's a good shop I believe up there (Mic Shrimps) I have a friend in Florida that keeps shrimp too. I've been filming "setting up a neocaridina tank" video. Should go out 28th of April I think

How do you breed shrimp that are angelfish resistant?

Amano or bamboo shrimp are larger varieties that may be more resistant to angelfish. But angelfish are cichlids and, as such, eat other creatures if given a chance. Larger shrimp may get left alone.
