I heard something along the lines of: 'Always eating at the Maw' (among some gibberish I couldn't make out), but the lyrics in the video make alot more sense! :->

Okay the freaking chant is SCARY AS HELL but here is what I heard: "More eating, more eating. enjoyyyyy it .... more eating, chop it up, gore, chop it up. Go and chop it up. More eating! They're saying "gorge gorge gorge"....which would make sense since they're stuffing their faces

What I heard: “We eat and enjoy, grind and chop meat up! Feed me, we eat and enjoy, grind and chop meat up!” It then repeats. Added - The bucket of water I think is the gnomes playing pranks on the guests. Bucket of warm water while asleep often leads to wetting yourself in your sleep! :P

The gnome is putting his hand in warm water, it’s an old prank so you’ll piss yourself at night.

It sounds more like "More eating enjoy meat, gnawing, chomping, yum! gnawing, chomping, yum!"

now that little nightmares 2 came out and all the theory videos are out there ,i now think the guests are being chopped up and cook for six to eat or the lady

2 years later with syntax (Where you cut the clip and fade in is on the, "come") Eat and join Me Going To The Hall. Going to the hall, Going to Eat. Come; (Eat is sustained and the, "come" is short) Eat and join Me Going To The Hall. Going to the hall, Going to Eat. (no "come") I think they are just describing where they are going...to the Mess Hall or AKA the "Hall." I think the guests are more representative of a larger statement and honestly I think Little Nightmares was (entirely) based on someones nightmare. Because a lot of this screams Dream Logic. Things are just the way they are because that's the nature of the nightmare. I've had this nightmare. People on conveyor belts being thrown into a furnace of sorts often time it's just a pit of endless darkness. Often times there are two witnesses on either side. A better representation of this is seen in Dante's inferno the game where the people are pouring out into hell like water. At least that's what it's like on the other side. Funnily enough both you and the Geisha were acting as those witnesses one on each side of the belt. I'm just saying...Little nightmares was definitely someones nightmare...and I don't think they planned on the inspiration of it being so profound that they were expected to expand it. Ok my take on this is that that’s just supposed to be ominous base music, and their footprints are making the other sounds.

I think the bucket is a puke bucket after the guest ate himself stupid. Kind of like the Mr Creosote scene from Monty python. Also, keep in mind, the music on the TV in the lair wasn't in english.

Instead of daw I think it’s maw. As in they’re being led into the maw of a beast.

Julius goes with another theory I heard that the chefs when all of the other guests are gone the shifts take a couple of the guests and kill them they don't use the kids and plus that looks like cow meat and other stuff so that must mean it's the guests that's what I heard in that theory and that supports this one

I can almost hear it it's interesting and quite disturbing, and what if it's not saying daw but maw "dark maw" and this chanting does sound an awful lot like some form of prayer or worship so either they worship the maw and come as some sort of offering or sacrifice or and this is something else I noticed the repeating of the words over and over does sound rather hypnotic so what if this is being played on purpose to hypnotise the guest to willingly come to the maw and be killed and eaten. Edit: the other thing I've noticed is along with the chanting there is this sort of taping like noise almost like when chopping things on a chopping board? huh?

I can't help it but I always hear a VERY different lyrics. This is what I hear: "God is here, So we all get eaten up. God is sending us. God is hearing God is here So we all get eaten up God is sending us God is here." I don't know why but this is always the lyrics I'm hearing and to be honest, even your lyrics could be true. Or they made it on accident, so that we get it all wrong and there's a totally different lyrics to this "Jam" of the guest.

Your theory is wrong. The cuts of meat seen are Port House,t-bone or top loin cuts of beef. Cow. The reason you don't see any of the heads is because butchers throw that part away so they would be no reason to keep a cow head around.

The bucket is a practical joke from the gnome. Put a sleeping persons hand in water and they pee themselves. Not a test for someone’s alertness.

“More eating enjoy” That’s the kind of song I would sing

I’m hearing “always eating in the maw”

It actually kind of reminds me of an advertisement, especially if they ARE aware what's coming. "More eating, more eating, then go and chop me up! Enjoy me and eat me, then go and chop me up! Come down to the Maw; all you can eat for free! Fresh meat, chopped and ground to perfection! Let the last moments of your life be the best moments of your life at the Maw. Eat, eat and chop, chop!" But this is hundreds of large people chanting it instead of it being on a television.

This makes extra sense as to why the Guests try to eat Six. They know they're going into the Maw to die. That's the full cycle - Eat, die and then be served. They're also aware that the food they're eating is other Guests and especially children. So they're definitely cannibals, only more Tim Burton-esque versions. The last thing they can do is enjoy all the food the Maw has to offer. So when they see Six, they instantly let greed take a hold of them making them want to have this fresh new piece of meat instead of the same food they're eating before they die. It's even more terrifying when you think about this.

this theory still holds pretty well, it matches up with theories of the guests being hypnotized from the TV's from the pale city and then brought to the maw to be fattened up.

As we can see Six only SPOILERS..... Anyway, at the end after Six gains the lady’s powers. She only sucks what appears to be their esssence or their souls, but their bodies still remain intact. I believe that once the lady eats the souls she gets the other workers to chop them up and make them food for the next batch of people to eat.

Theory, not mine, dont remember who made it. I readed it at the comments. The lady lures the guests into the maw with food, she eats their souls like six does at the end. The intact bodies then are choped into food for the next wave of guests. Its said that noone has ever left the maw. Also, as we remember, six doesnt eat the guest sausage, because it has no "soul" to fill her up. She needs souls Edit: grammar

All i could hear was "More eating" being repeated, at one point "more" being repeated a bunch of times.

I don't think it's saying "Die" or "Daw". I think it's saying "Maw". Like the name of the place. It's hard to tell though because it's so unclear. It does make for an interesting idea though. A place where these people come to, yet they will themselves be killed for. Serve and be served. But then, what does that gain the Lady or the residents of the Maw? Is this how The Lady maintain's her power? It doesn't seem to be. Another question is, where is this chanting coming from? It doesn't seem to be from the guests, if they can talk at all with how they are. This chanting must be coming from the Maw it'self. If that's true, what does that mean? Is the Maw alive? Does The Lady REALLY control the place, or is she just the Supervisor?

This is a great theory although that theory that guests are supposed to eat, die, and eaten was one of the old theories and it was confirmed by tarsier studios.

I'd love to see the boy walk into a room, and then a guest suddenly crashes through the ceiling and dies. The guest that fell during the fatty chase. I really wanna know what happened to that guest. But maybe we'll never know since Little Nightmares isn't a comedy.

The bucket of water thing is a joke - if you put someones finger in a glass of cold water while they're sleeping they wet themselves. I'll be honest - I put my headphones one and listened really hard, I really don't think they're even speaking english. I wonder what you'd get if you took the chant and fiddled with it in an editing program, if there is a hidden message in there somewhere. The lyrics you put with the chant don't match the sounds they're making, but it was an interesting theory to think about nonetheless

Well, unfortunately the bucket already has a reason why it's there; the gnome is playing a prank on the guest. It is said that if you put a sleeping person's hand into cold water they would wet their pants. Anyway, i do still believe that the song has some meaning behind it and that the guests die in the Maw eventually, probably by being chopped into meat.
