And the reason is, that the author-a man named Lyman Frank Baum-who was born in 1856 and was a very extraordinary being in the US at that time. He was a Druidic theosophist, he was actually a member of the Theosophical Society, led by Madame Blavatsky, and he comes from Scots-Irish ancestry, was very tuned into the Druids, and of course the Tuatha De Dannana, as the worshippers of the Goddess-this worship and understanding of the nature of the Goddess was embedded in the film-as well as the understanding of the advaita path, which was also embedded in theosophical and druidic thought.
