When I became aware that I am a Soul having a human experience, the movement of my physical Being towards being able to receive and perceive in the frequency of Unconditional Love, gave me the ability to see beyond the boundaries of my identities. One of my biggest lessons in life was to find my Soul through the dense smoke of victimhood. Moving through the density of victimhood requires the ability to precieve beyond linear duality consciousness. I experienced the Being of my Soul and it is magnificent. When perception sees through the eyes of the Soul it all becomes an expression of Source manifested in Being.
Life is (Being) In the moment (Now) it's not about the having or the wanting, it's in just BEING. this is a beautiful video. The simplest things mean the most.
You can, have faith. You are the curse breaker. And decide what influence your thoughts or not. You are stronger then you might think. Starts small and no rush, it takes time. I have trust in you.
I used to ask this, and it's valid. Remember that a thought is a physical thing as much as it is an experience. It's a synapse in your brain that fires in actual space making an actual shape. Thoughts are physical, like muscles. The more those thoughts fire the stronger they are reinforced. It's ENTIRELY valid to say you can't just think "positive" thoughts consistently, because you physically cannot do it. You are not conditioned to. Also, you are traumatized, which likely means there is post traumatic stress stopping you from feeling new feelings, even if you're thinking different thoughts. You may force override for the positive as best you can, but your body's alarm systems that used to protect you now won't shut off. And so "being positive" becomes an act in where you behave the part, but on the inside you not only continue to suffer, you become deaf to what your body is screaming at you just to try and move forward and function. You can't talk your nervous-system out of what it has learned from experience. You have to learn to speak your body's language. (I recommend "The Body Keeps the Score" by Bessel van der Kolk to everyone.) The mind is driver's seat. The heart is the engine. If you cannot access the heart because it has been locked away in order to survive, that's where you have to start.
