Kohshar Park - a new tourist site that attracts tens of
thousands of tourists in the Iranian city of Mashhad
The name of this place Kohshar means mountain and waterfall, and it is a mountainous area of about 87 hectares - the way to reach this place is by taxi only, and of course it is a famous place and everyone knows it and it is away from the Imam Reza shrine, 15 minutes without traffic and it is close to the area of Sidi and Koshesh Street.
The municipality inaugurated the highest and largest artificial waterfall in the country on the top of the Khalaj mountain range. The length of the waterfall on this mountain is 190 meters.
At the final point of the waterfall, a river begins with a width of 4.5 meters and a length of 300 meters. Of course, there are taps that raise the water through three large pumps to the highest point in the mountaintop where the water is circulated and there is no waste of water, and even to reduce the process of evaporation of water by the heat of the sun is turned on This waterfall is from 6 pm to 9 am in the summer season.
At the end point of the waterfall, a river starts with 300 meters and at the end of the river, there is a lake of 4200 square meters. A place where the resident of the city and the visitor enjoy. Frankly, hearing the sound of water and looking at it calms the person and keeps him away from the noise and pollution of the city.
