Yeah even the worst boss matchups for DMGS is still better than some other weapons, especially if they can still be frozen like Adula

Honestly, out of all the Magic focused weapons you could be stuck with to fight Adula, DMGS is arguably the best one cause you can actually aim for headshots with the buffed R2s, thus mitigating the high Magic resistances a bit, on top of getting multiple free damage windows with the high stagger rate.

DMGS is definitely better than Steeple (granted you have the stats for DMGS), and I think Steeple is still really good

To be fair to Steeple, it significantly out-damages Moonlight in melee range on a str/int build. While buffed it has the exact same frostbite buildup (not counting the difference in heavy attack modifiers), the buff itself adds 45 more magic damage than Darkmoon does with its buff, and it already has 54 more base AR and better strength scaling, plus the buff is faster while lasting the same duration. Really what DMGS has over Steeple is the ranged attacks and the consistent stagger that comes with that constant pressure, as well as its better damage profile for pure inteligence without strength investment... but of course that's a lot considering how certain talismans affect it, and its especially useful in 1v2 scenarios like the Duo fight and the dragons with their weak spots above the ground. Steeple is quite good, don't sleep on it. Even on a dedicated int build at 80 it still slightly outdamages Moonlight in melee while both are buffed, but in a duo fight of course range advantage plays a big part.

@@bdizzle7072yea man steeple is great i’ve done a few runs with it but i don’t think the extra damage it gets edges it out over the DMGS with all of its pros

I personally love the cuts between the different perspectives. It lets you compare progress and you get to see even more close calls,,great fights , near misses of important stuff etc.

@@star0chrismaybe you could do a colour around the border of the video so the switching is less disorienting (I.e. when you switch to Aggy, the vid could have a blue border or smth)
