I almost ordered one of these but I have a Jris80 on the way soon and really want a Cycle8 so sadly I had to skip. This looks like a really nice board though, Solid review and well done video.
Very nice. The neo line is generally just impressive all around. I do see some minor limits on the sound profile being reaches with this larger sized case, but I'm generally impressed still
What does the finish of the neo80 feel like? I got a qk65 and didn't like that it felt like a chalk board, on the other hand the mode envoy is just insanely smooth and great to touch. So I'm on the fence about getting a neo board if it'll have the same type of finish as a qk series board
What is considered a higher level board at this point besides the design of the board itself lol. But ill say ignore the naysayers. At this price, ill say its the best you can get right now that lets u play around with and learn about sound profiles.
130 is expensive? Full keyboard or kit? I just spent 263 on a kit cnc poly though but hey we all have different price points and I thought 263 was close or still under mid price since I see some go for 600to 800 why no idea haven’t been in long only 2nd kb
what's the difference between pvd weight and Aluminum weight? Whats the difference between e-coating vs. Anodized? Jris75 is e-coated. Mkc75 is Anodized. In orang3, i cant tell the difference. For example, the jris75, jris80, and maybe the jris65 have options for pvd weight and Aluminum weight. But the mkc75 only has Aluminum weight Please make a video on pvd vs. Aluminum, e-coating vs. Aluminum. It'd be cool to see a difference in color and material or even acrylic cases like SM keyboards or switch couture vs Aluminum keyboards. No one I've seen seems to be doing comparison on color finishes. That'd be cool to see
I also eyes on high-quality boards such as neo and cycle, but when I received my cycle7 and I found that my pcb was fucked. I can't describe how disappointed I am after six months of waiting.
