Sadly, they are not jailed and possibly will not be. They are escaping switzerland and also appealing to higher courts. They wil keep going up and up till things fizz out. Rich are always more powerful, no matter where they are and how strict the laws are.
What i have learned from these and many successful people is that what has been said in geeta dont focus on outcome bcz its not in our hand focus on karma thats in our hands if we do our karma better we can bring the probablity of outcome in our favour.......dnt chase money/wealth thats the outcome ......focus on things that will bring that money/wealth.

A few years back, in the US, where I am, an IFS officer was literaly torturing a maid (not paying her and making her work day and night, even the kids were beating her along with the officer and her husband). When the US authorities arrested her, the Indian Government interfered on behalf of this IFS officer. and strangely, in India people protested near the US Embassy on behalf of the IFS officer.
These rich people are disgrace as Indian as despite being billionaire still paying very low salary to its employees and treating them as slave they are loose all their money in future hope their companies acquire by another business man so that the employees jobs should be save but these people me get punishment from Shani Dev and all God.

At Singoor , West Bengal, Tata motors wanted to setup a Tiny car named Nano factory 🏭 But they made a secret deal with a Corrupt Government COMMUNIST PARTY . FOR NEXT 30 YEARS TATA MOTORS won't pay any taxes and taking 1st movers advantage, as well as snatching the land at a Paltry price . Since West Bengal doesn't have any industrial demand so obviously the price of land is very low
