recently, I notice not only likes are a kind of target for users, with number if views is enough to the users have some metrics or satisfaction. views, likes, favs - are what a lot of people "need": _"I need more views"_ leaving a little step behind the conent or quality of it. Very complex and Curious this topic.

What's with the like button, why don't we talk about the dislike button and why that's hidden from everyone.

It's probably hidden because then less people press it on videos from people they don't like. I still use the dislike button though.

@elin_ Yeah I figured it was some bs reason, that sounds just about right. Highlight what works and silently filter out what doesn't, or continue pushing unlikely things under the guise it has more likes than dislikes. It's just surreal
