I personally do not...You might go to an Amish shop - which can be found in Amish areas that cater to the English with shops etc...I ordered mine in a place like this...it took 6 months. If they don't actually make a pillow you could ask for a small matching quilt sized 18' x 18" for example and then use it as a pillow top ???
