On the part of the weaknesses of earth bending, I rule out the dependence to the ground based on how Long Bumi freed himself from the metal case he was imprisoned in.
King Bumi said there are 85 jings. When you're attacking, retreating and neutral jing when you do nothing. That's only 3 jings. So, what are the other 82 jings?
I’m sorry. I think I’m having a slow moment. Can someone help me understand. How is it that Oma & Shu were the first earthbenders learning from the bager moles but the Lion Turtles were the ones who gave away earth bending abilities to humans.....?
Keep distance miles away Seismic sense Sink people into the ground instantly Turn ground into lava or crush them There's no way bloodbending can beat earthbending (especially since bloodbending is ranged mmeanwhile seismic sense isn't) Earthbending is most powerful
Y'all one guy said Earth benders can blood bend the iron in the human body like no they can't like they metal bend the Earth in the metal and there is no Earth in blood it's just iron mix with different Elements
Well the lion turtles could bend the a element they could only give bending the type of bending they are using are called energy bending yeah the strongest bending of all!
Because is extremely difficult learn and master both sub-skills, one is about the detection of earth itself in metal, and in the other hand is the rock's vibration for generate heat and flexible moves. Both are very different variants of the original bending, but is possible one person master them.
Oh, I almost forgot: Lavabend is more older than metalbend, so in the past it was "impossible" master the second art of bend, metalbend is just a very young sub-skill.
Subskills are supposed to be accessible only to extremely skilled benders (Legend of Korra kinda ruined that by making lightning generation common) so learning TWO subskills of one element is kinda hard. The only none-avatar I'm aware off having access to multiple subskills would be Toph (seismic sense, sandbending, and metalbending) and Katara (bloodbending, healing, and plantbending).
Anyone else wonder how deep exactly they earthbend? Let’s not like they’re creating earth. Like, shouldn’t there be holes where they move earth from the ground? Or wonder how far down they moved the earth to chip off and move it to attack? Wouldn’t they eventually sink down and create a hole? Shouldn’t there be like pot hole problems all around the Avatar World?
In my world blood bending is retarded and shouldn't exist, otherwise earth benders can bend ur bones, blood bending is like the only thing wrong with atla
Earth bending spirituality is being connected to earth and their community. That's why you see the prisoners on Earth Kingdom submit to the Fire Nation as a whole, no one fought for themselves until Katara helped them and made them know that the Avatar is back. Their sense of spirituality is being connected to their families and looking up to figures like Queens or Kings. Because these figures are their representation for the Kingdom as a whole.
Eathbending is dope , learning the all others bending fighting style can unlock some sub bending like bolin with waterbending fighting style he use to unlock lavabending
Jevon Mcpherson Nah the crystal is the earth they are not controlling the impurity in it because if they did it would be hard to bend like metalbending
Ten *nuggets* of wisdom you can use as *stepping stones* to be an earthbending master: 1. You gotta be *toph* to be an earthbender. 2. You also have to be *boulder* to control a stubborn element like earth. 3. Stand your *ground.* Do you *dig* what I’m saying? 4. Challenges will strengthen you. Prove your *metal* by not giving up. 5. Even if it’s difficult, *geo* just have to do it. 6. Don’t let anything shake your *core.* 7. But don’t be too *hard* on yourself if you don’t get it at first. Don’t be *sand.* It’s not your *fault.* Just continue practicing. 8. When you finally succeed, just live, laugh and *lava!* 9. And no *magma*-tter anyone says, of *quartz,* you *rock!* 10. Last but not the least, don’t take these advice for *granite.*
You know, I don’t know why Glassbending hasn’t been invented yet. Before you think Glassbending is nonsense, just hold on. Since glass is sand, but heated up by molten lava, it would make sense that glassbending would be possible since it’s a combination with sandbending and lavabending.
I'd be great if you could research abit on how the weapons names should be pronounced. Dadao(大刀), or 'big sword', is Chinese, pronounced as da (north DAkota) dao (Taoism but D instead of T).
Ok if I could earth bend and hopefully lavabend I would just carry some rocks in my pocket at all times so I could make a crazy lava shuriken or lava sword
If you really think about it and Earth benders could possibly cause earth quakes and maybe if the Avatar does this while in the Avatar state it can probably cause destruction to a whole nation wiping them off the planet
