As for the stickiness with the Nikon F-100, you don't have to do anything about it. This stickiness will go away on its own with time. That is my experience with this issue. I bought a mint copy of the F-100 five years ago (September 2019) with this stickiness, and it's now greatly reduced and almost gone. You can store the camera in a dry place with high air circulation, which will solve the problem. At least it solved mine.

If time permits, may be add a segment "one roll with Kon" where he shoots a roll of film with the camera he is discussing, so we can hear how he feels about using it.
