Hi, thank you for your wonderful, insightful work. I love all of it. Regarding the topic, I have to say, that I do love Sekt, but not the cheap ones. I like von Buhl, Raumland, Fürst and the internationally unknown Sekts from Walter (Bürgstadt). Champagne really gives me pain (or to be more exact, to my purse) though it is excellent quality. Due to price, I would rather go for a Cremant de Loire or a Spanish Cava (Raventos i Blanc). Especially compared to Cava, my opinion is,that Cavas are often more profund and complex, while a Sekt offers easy drinking and fruity notes (my to go to is von Buhl Rosé Brut, in Germany at about €20).

Thanks for taking the time to recommend some wines. It’s very true that Sekt has a big range of quality and style. Thanks for your recommendations
