This Interview starts with an easy chat and Lama Glenn shares his own story, how he encountered Tibetan Buddhism and especially the practice of Tummo in the early 70s in Dharamsala.
Furthermore, he sheds light on the background of the secrecy of the tantric meditations (including the sexual union practices) over the last centuries in Tibet and why and how these practices were given by the Buddha.

He tells us about the four different enlightenment streams that Buddha himself collected and how different schools developed over the centuries and also explains the differences of the various main buddhist paths of Hinayana, Mahayana and Vajrayana.

About Lama Glenn:
Glenn Mullin is the author of over thirty books on Tibetan Buddhism, many of which have been translated into a dozen foreign languages. His earlier titles focus on the lives and works of the early Dalai Lamas. Other titles of his elucidate practice traditions such as Lam Rim, Lojong, the Six Yogas of Naropa, Kalachakra, and so forth. He has been an international teacher of Tantric Buddhist meditation for the past twenty-five years.
Glenn lived in Dharamsala, India, for some fifteen years. There he studied under twenty-five of the greatest masters of Tibet, including the Dalai Lama and his two main gurus.
