According to my elders, my great grand parents sold slaves. The history of slavery have many dimensions. The one dimension that causes me sleepless night sometimes which motivated me to start this group is the sell of Ugumbo. I used real names as provided by my uncle the nephew to king Ugumbo because this is the time for truth and reconciliation. It is also time for reparation from history’s shame that must be exposed before we can expect God’s forgiveness; Before we can expect God’s forgiveness and the eradication of suffering and poverty is Igbo Land. Yes we suffer because of what we did to our brothers and sisters in slavery. You see, Chief Ugumbo was born to a teenage mother. The teenage mother married so young she had not seen her mensural cycle before she got pregnant with her child Ugumbo. By the repugnant Igbo culture at the time, a child born outside of the mother’s mensural cycle was considered abnormal and as a result was killed or sold in slavery. My great uncle Ugumbo having been born under such circumstance was sold in slavery. The thirteen year old mother had her baby right before her first period came and the child was sold. When my grandpa grew up knowing that his brother never left the shores of Nigeria sought him out and found him in Rivers State Nigeria and my Grandpa went to try to have the brother return home. At that time the brother was already king of his new found land as God would have it. When my Grandpa saw his brother, the king, the king was so angry he threaten to kill him to punish their father for the heartlessness of selling him off. My grandpa escaped with his life and never went back. It is our hope that as a result of this movement All leaders of African countries immediately grant citizenship to all blacks outside of Africa. All leaders of all African countries must make land available for the infusion of development from blacks in the diaspora. All the leader must make available adequate security and amenities for these blacks to make it to Africa. Father God Almighty forgive us for the evil that was done in Igbo land during slavery and help us to eradicate stupidly, suffering and poverty that has destroyed Africa, especially Igbo land for their role in slavery. In Jesus name we have prayed. Amen. At this time we are calling all citizens of the world to contribute and help us eradicate poverty. We have a system that can eradicate poverty in Igbo land in 25 years, all we need is $5m Ggggggghhhh The Plan to Eradicate in Igbo Land and Beyond. At a stage in one’s life one wants to reach out to God for a true chance at changing the World. I am doing that now. I have a plan that can eradicate poverty in Igbo land in 25 years and I need your help to make it happen. The best honest money to be made is to be made through education; formal or informal, skills acquisition or university education. My plan is simple. We will first invite well meaning Igbo men and women in person or online. We will ask them to make a one time donation of money with the hope of raising N1b from them. If we invited 1000 people and asked for N1m each, we will have N1b. Or we can invite 10,000 igbo people to donate N100,000. With the money raised judiciously managed we can eradicate poverty in Igbo land. Please read patiently as I explain more. The best poverty eradication projects to be done is to be done through educations and the best education is to give scholarship to the best brains and assist and monitor them through their career and upon employment insist that they do the same for at least three more people. The multiplier effect is awesome. My law office will manage the legal relationship of all concerned in this project now and forever as trustee with all the applicable duties and responsibilities of a trustee. The donors will forever be recognize as the people that changed the world. The one time N1b will be used directly to enable 1000 or more best brains graduate and get a job and keep their promise to give the same opportunity to three people and down the line forever. This formulae goes on forever until such a time the whole Africa is educated and employed and poverty is eradicated. When poverty is no more, the res or the trust will be turned into a research trust for good governance and true wealth building or health management system for Africa. Records and progress reports of the projects will be kept for review by anyone who shows interest. This will include every scholarship awarded, the amount of money accumulated and the students being sponsored and their responsibilities and when the trust changes. My Hail Mary is in the air again. Please tell me if you see my vision and if you can hold an okra soup dinner party for the first 100 Igbo men and women; we might not need anymore donations if they can be moved to donate the whole thing. May God continue to bless you.
