WARNING: Tomasz Zolnowski's average is shown wrong. It should be 1:04.33, and then at April 13, 2008 it should be 58.35. This will be fixed in an update video in the future!
(This happened because some special characters in a comp name got semicolons because they're html-encoded, and I use semicolons to separate the singles and the averages in my data file. I think Tomasz Zolnowski's average is the only mistake in the video.)
The 4x4 world record history features a mind-boggling 38 singles, making it the most active world record history ever. So far.

Don't you code this in Processing? I could probably create a really bad copy of this... (I suck at any kind of animation in coding) Oh btw there is some sort of bug the transition from 8/28 to 8/29 takes a lot longer than it should (watch in 0.25 speed and it is super obvious)

+Justin Barker Yeah, I did code this in processing! Also, I intentionally made the change from 8/28/2015 to 8/29/2015 slower so that Aug. 29 showed up at the downbeat of the music. I thought it felt better that way!
