I don’t like my money looking at me. I think the Sacagajewea dollar would be used more if the picture was in profile or just looking away. That Indian Chief on the $5 looks so good! Bring that back!
Even that at the end of XVIII century Spain was a second power, his Empíre was Big, and his Coín of Real de a 8 was an internacional Coín: is more to trade with China you need silver. The silver dólar as the pesos was the same Coín. The simbol of dollar: $ was a piece of Spanish shield, one of the colums of Hércules, with "Plus" writem in the S. (Sorry for my english)🥺
There were coin .1 cents (Indian head pennies), .5 cents (Indian head, or buffalo, nickels), and .10 cents (Mercury dimes), before the Presidents you mention. What about the Franklin half dollar (coin)? It came before the Kennedy half (which actually first minted in 1964). Interesting that after '64 the halves and quarters were no longer minted in silver (only nickel). Also, McKinley on the $500.00 bill, Cleveland on the $1,000.00 bill, and Madison on the $5,000 bill were discontinued in 1969. (The McKinley $500.00 bill wasn't devalued until around 1979. Cleveland and Madison were devalued immediately in '69.)
@@theDUKE25-yt If one uses the term "colored people" they are branded as a racist, But if one use the term "people of color" they are not. It's a logic and language error to think that they are different , anyone interested in truth, logic and fucking common sense should care. 🤦♂️
She was a courageous, Christian woman who brought people out of slavery at great risk to her own life. She made this country better. Jackson was a slave owner who advocated massacres of native Americans. His legacy is primarily bloodshed. I’ll take Tubman, thank you.
