The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), which conducted an inquiry into the case, helped the Maharlikans prepare the complaint. The six-page complaint against Tallano, who claims to be a “prince” and heir to the entire Philippine archipelago, listed five counts of violations of Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code (falsification by private individuals and use of falsified documents) and violation of Para. 4 Article 171 of the Revised Penal Code (making untruthful statement in a narration of facts). The case was filed by Daniel Frianeza, who represented the heirs of Don Roberto Madrigal Acopiado. Frianeza, of the Madrigal clan, told reporters that the three suspects used falsified documents and declared false statements in court proceedings. The falsified records were reportedly taken from the Regional Trial Courts (RTCs) of Pasay City, the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), the Special Second Division of the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. The case stemmed from the decision by Judge Enrique A. Agana of RTC Branch 111 that the people claiming ownership of the lands owned by the Acopiados were part of a syndicate that altered and falsified land titles. Because there were so many tribes and polities that existed in the Philippines prior to the emergence of the Kingdom of Luzon (and the rule of Rajah Soliman in 1558-1571, or the rule of Rajah Soliman's father, Rajah Salalila in the early 1500s), it is not possible for the Philippines to have been ruled, much less 'owned', by a single family. The indigenous peoples who lived in the land would not have accepted it.

OMG what a load of bull. Can they produce any single prehispanic document saying they own the Philippines? Nada all they could produce are documents related to European royalty and documents published during the Marcos era (And guess who Tagean Tallano's lawyer is? That's right it's Ferdinand Marcos!). If they truly owned the Phil. why are they not mentioned in the Laguna Copperplate Inscription? There is no mention of them in China's Ming or Sung dynasty annals and the Tarsilas also doesn't.
Aezured if you were smart, you would’ve known that there were no need of paper titles back in those days. There were even no need of monetary paper since it was time of prosperity in the country. That’s why trade was the form of exchange with other countries. I’m not saying that this story is true, nor am I saying that it’s also untrue. I’m saying to use your brain with your own question of the whereabouts of “pre-Hispanic” documents. Even a non-expert knows that there were no proper documentation and titles in the very old days of the Philippines before it came to Spanish rule.
