The History of the Southern Upland Way, Scotland's Coast to Coast Path 

The Southern Upland Way is 40 years old. To celebrate this I look back at the history of walking in Scotland, how the Southern Upland Way came to be and the early days of the route. We also have an exhibition about the history of the route and I am doing a series of talks looking at the plans we have for the future.
