Oh Greg, now that I’m watching this movie with you guys, my MCU brain is kicking in how awesome would it be to have a cameo by Samuel Jackson and Deadpool🤩🤩😁😁
I don’t care what anyone says, this movie is one of the funniest movies of the last 10 years. I always constantly go back to it no matter how I watch it.
He had a stutter as a kid, so he swore to get through it, and now it is part of his natural speech pattern. He was also an usher at Martin Luther King's funeral.
Deadpool and Elektra as a couple would actually be very fun to see. Like anytime she feels angry or stressed out Deadpool hands her her sais and let’s her vent her frustrations by stabbing the shit out of him over and over till she’s exhausted, then he makes her a chimichanga.
The choreography and cinematography for this movie really shows that the people who created the scenes LOVED making movies. I wish they would keep hiring people like that and giving us clever stuff like the truck hitting the car or Ryan rolling out of the car. etc etc
Critics are pretentious a holes who like to pretend their better than everyone else by hating fun movies and pretending to like long boring films that are less entertaining than hemorroids but tell important stories about queer rights or the oppressed people who suffer with running water and air conditioning.
Yesss the whole cast should do “the professional” it is such a good movie, truly iconic for being Portmans debut. And literally filled with iconic, amazing performances. Oldman says that movie is the one fans quote to him the most, and for it to be one of Gary Oldmans best roles says something. Portman is spectacular and Reno portrays Leon in such a believable, down to earth way for a character that is so fantastical and mysterious
its ok, but any movie that Selma is trying to act in instead of being in a revealing outfit isn't my cup of tea. She's smoking hot sexy, but acting isn't her strong point. Like this movie! was great, minimal Selma and focused on 2 real actors. If your going to throw more Selma into a movie, make sure she's in a bikini or something.
Back-to-back Andrew and Aaron reactions? Let's goooo! Great reaction! What a fun movie! Very funny and action packed! Hopefully you will cover the sequel eventually :)
This movie and Bullet train had the same theatrical reaction for me, went because it looked entertaining and came out LOVING it , have rewatched this movie so many times since then
Wait what, there's no way this came out 7 years ago I feel like it was only a few years since I went to watch it in the cinema with my dad, god I'm gonna be dead before I know it. Edit: never mind I was thinking of The Hitmans wifes bodyguard(2021), quarter life crisis averted.
i’ll be totally honest with you boys. I did not think I was going to be up for hitman’s bodyguard again because I’ve watched it so many times but to be honest with you just having so much fun sit down and watch the reaction. 😊
Great reaction guys! You said it at the end, just a man on fire. So naturally my brain says you need to watch Man on Fire staring Denzel, unless of course you've seen it!
You two need to check out Samuel L Jacksons movie called The Negotiator. One of his best roles hes done. High intense thriller. Made by the same guy that directed Friday, FF9, Set It Off and Law Abiding Citizen.
i didnt expect to love this movie so much when I first saw it, so I was so glad to have a sequel for it. lol I'd be willing to watch a 3rd one too, no problem. Keep adding some crazy cameo characters haha.
Love this movie, in the cinema it was a great experience, I think now watching this one I think I prefer the second one which is interesting!😂 can’t wait to see you guys do it!
So glad you reacted to this great film! It's one of my favorites. I love how when they go into the action, it's pretty visceral and raw (with some humor thrown in, of course!). The humor and the chemistry between Jackson and Reynolds is perfection. You should react to "The Professional" to see another great role where Gary Oldman plays a truly unhinged baddie. It also is the film debut of Natalie Portman.
"It's that actor he was in that movie, doing that scene with that dialoge speaking to THAT actor who also was in this movie and who played that role with THIS actor who was also in taht film where he played teh bad guy against THAT acotor who also was in this movie." "Did I miss the dialoge?" Well, how could that possibly happen?
Hey I doubt yall will respond but I was thinking about starting a reaction channel but I have no clue how to get movie on the screen. Do yall record the scenes or download the whole movie somehow?
32:59 so basically Samuel Jackson's character is a witnes he basically worked for Gary oldman's character and The whole point is to get him to a certain location so he can testify against him which basically will put on shitload of evidence or Gary oldman's character and basically oldman's character is trying to stop him from getting there to that certain location by trying to send men to kill him in the bodyguard
Fun fact: dachshunds were originally bred to hunt and kill (English) badgers. They'd go into the badger's den kill them and then back out tail first. The owner would then grab them by the tail and pull. American honey badgers are different, they don't give a shit....lol
It is so weird, Ryan and Samuel have only done the two hitman bodyguard movies together. But for some reason, I had a feeling that they had done other movies together, but they have not. Now I am curious if we’re gonna have a surprise, Jackson appearance in Deadpool
@ReelRejects Thanks guys great reaction as always, this film has everything Ryan and Sam are legends, 2 nd is great as we get more of beauty kick ass Selma
41:09 okay here's a fun fact there's a behind the scenes footage from a fan or random citizen that recorded the shooting of this movie and one of the shooting showed the car somebody got in a car accident in the middle of the car chasing luckily the boat came before the car came through the water but basically they knocked over a car right like around Jackson's character was driving around there's actual footage of a car getting knocked over and thrown into the water and it comes from this film
This was a really fun reaction. Thank you! ❤ also if you love Elodie Yung, who played Amelia Roussel, you should definitely watch and react to 'The Cleaning Lady' series which she is the lead of!
