Entertainment Journalist Ben Lyons gives his take on the "it" factor. He talks about his first-hand experience from working with and interviewing the likes of Ryan Seacrest, Tom Cruise, Charlize Theron, and Emma Stone. Their star power comes down to them being able to elevate the energy of everyone around them.

It's actually kind of refreshing to see a young actress be all about the work and not about being famous. Do people not realise how rare this is these days? Kristen had no idea Twilight was going to be so massive,people talk like Twilight was this sure fire hit, nobody knew how much it would blow up, she didn't go looking for all the fame and having to do so much promotion due to being the face of a billion dollar franchise, but she dealt with it admirably, amid all the insults she gets

This was great. I really think he eloquently expressed the thoughts of most moviegoers. Not all actors have to be bubbly and charismatic, but all of them should make an effort. When actors do make a genuine effort, moviegoers should respect the fact that everyone is different (one person may prefer laughing, smiling, and having a good time in an interview, while another person might be more focused on detailed answers and gently conveying their passion for their project). Thanks Ben, well said!

Well said. Kristen loves what she does and i don't know how people can say she doesn't just because she isn't ambling for attention or the life and soul of the party like Will Smith or whoever.

Ben is one of the most smart guys between his peers! He is sharp and precise! knows very well the "Business". Fantastic interview! He analyzes is precise! He nailed it! Very rare for someone of his business be real honest & take time to tell us, his audience, the reality of what we don't see, but happens bts. I already was his fan but more now after he really defended Kristen Stewart, telling what is really his vision of her & his experience w/ her professionally. Hope he do more movie critics!

First, thank you for clarifying that English is not your native language. It's not my native language as well. Filipino is my native language. Second, we all have opinions. But what makes a difference is how we state them. Third, lack of awards do not necessarily mean that you are not a good actress. It might mean that you are good but not good enough yet.

first i will apology for me english, but my native languaje is spanish and i doubt there is anyone who doesnt make a mistake writing in a language that is not is native, example, i don´t think you could write in spanish very good. and i just give a coment on what i believe of the video, base of what i have seeing, if you don´t shared it so what, i don´t shared your opinion, or ben´s. and when it comes to the awards thats how in hollywood they distinguish the actors,not everybody wins something

i have watch into the wild, SWATH, welcome to the ryles, adventurland, the runaways, in the land of women, and a couple more, and the girl has no range. is always the same tics, and bad acting skills. actually i like twilight, and i have seeing the movies and enjoying it. but i don´t think she is a good actrees, and the is not much that proves me that she is. non awards, or nominatios on anything important in the industry, wich said she is not even respect for the critics, or press, or pairs.
