The Holy Rosary: 5 Tips! 

I have been a drinker for 40 years. I started praying the rosary daily starting this year to take away my cravings. Since I started I haven’t had a drop. 📿🙏

Im an alcoholic who drinks a case of beer daily. I am not changed today but i am two decades away from completing four rosaries. Pray for me brothers and sisters that i persevere and graft myself more intimately to Christ. Time for another decade!

I’m a christian Orthodox believer. When I was studying for nursing one of my catholic classmate taught me how to pray rosary. I can truly say that because of all the rosaries I prayed helped me to successfully finish my nursing school. Now every morning after I wake up the first thing I do is pray my Rosary. I’m forever grateful for my mother Mary’s amazing blessings in my life.

I am able to say 8 rosaries a day. My life has been lifted up by Mother Mary.

Praying for World Peace, healing of cancer, depression and anxiety, healing of the sick, for healing of Alzheimer’s and dementia 🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹

Hallelujah!! Love from the Philippines. I agree that the rosary is indeed a powerful weapon. I remembered my grandmother shared her story about the rosary. That was in 1940's World War II. The rosary saved her and her older sister. At that time, Japanese Soldiers came to their town and burned the houses there. My grandmother and her sister were separated from their parents. Together they fled holding their respective rosaries. They were praying while running and looking for a place to hide. Then, when they turned around, they saw that 2 Japanese soldiers were chasing them and firing at them. They kept on running and they saw that it was dead-end. They stopped at sea. They turned around and saw 2 Japanese soldiers laughing. My grandmother was scared and she looked at her sister and told her not to stop praying the rosary. And that's exactly what she did. Soon a whirlwind came, passed through the sea, and sucked water from it. along with it sucked the 2 Japanese soldiers who are after my grandmother and her sister. And they both saw that they were thrown away. They continued to pray. And when they were finished saying the rosary, they returned safely to their parents.

Gabi, this is a trick I learned from my favorite priest in the world about how to pray the Rosary more faithfully. After each Hail Mary where you say “Blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus” say the thing that Jesus is doing. That allows one to focus and we are a actually living out the life of Our Lord. So I say Jesus incarnate Jesus visits John Jesus Born Jesus Presented Jesus Found Jesus baptized Jesus changes water into wine Jesus proclaims the good news Jesus transfigured Jesus gives us Himself in the Holy Eucharist Jesus in Agony Jesus Scourged Jesus crowned with thorns Jesus Carry’s the cross Jesus crucified Jesus Risen from the dead Jesus ascending into Heaven Jesus sending the Holy Spirit Jesus assumes his Mother Jesus crowns his Mother God Bless Gabi, keep up the good work

A very holy woman (over 70 years daily Mass) told me when your mind wanders keep bringing it back to the Holy face of Jesus.

1. Have rosary with you always 2. Pray introductary prayer 3. Break prayer of rosary trough your day 4. Don't give up! Or be too scrupulous if you don't think you are doing it all right 5. If your mind is too foggy focus on the words. 6. Beg for the graces you need and stay humble Humility is the key (i would also like to add that honesty is something they really love Blessed mother and God are very empathyc to honest childish hearts)

The Rosary changed me drastically. Before I cared too much about materialistic possessions, now I cared about how I can use my money to benefit others. Now I strive to pray it every day. I started a year ago together with the Divine Mercy Chaplet for the holy souls in Purgatory and the Beads of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Rosary is the weapon that helped me to overcome sins of impurity. Although I still have fierce temptations, especially when I do something good for my or other person's salvation. It also is helping me with issue of forgiveness. There are days that I can pray with ease. While other days, it is harder than anything I have ever done in my life. As if you climbed the tallest mountain or you had a fierce battle. Still, it was always worth it. May we all persevere in prayer.

Just keep praying the rosary even if you don't feel it's ineffective. God knows ate hearts. Turn radio, tv lights, everything off. Concentrate on good rosaries and before you know it. Prayers are answered. It can happen within hours after you say it. Be prepared. Shocking sometimes surprised, joyful, happy. Amazing

While watching this video, I suddenly realised that the Luminous Mysteries are not proper to the Rosary as was given to St Dominic because to pray one complete Rosary in 1 day, we need to pray 150 Hail Mary's corresponding to the 150 Psalms, as the Rosary is also called the Psalter of Mary. If we were to pray the Luminous Mysteries then we would be forced to pray 200 Hail Mary's in one complete Rosary, and that would be wrong, as it would not correspond to the 150 Psalms. If we want to meditate on the Luminous Mysteries then we can do it separately from the Rosary; just call it a meditation on the Luminous Mysteries. The Rosary that Our Lady gave to St Dominic consists only of the Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries, and we should stick to it. At Fatima, Our Lady told us to meditate on the 15 Mysteries of the Rosary, not 20 Mysteries, when doing devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

1st Tip: Always, Always, Always carry a Rosary with you. 2nd Tip: Only do the introductory prayers with the first Rosary of the day. 3rd Tip: Break up the Rosary throughout the day. (Don’t go to bed until you finish your prayers!) 4th Tip: Do not be overly scrupulous. 5th Tip: If your mind is foggy, Whisper the words. If your mind is really foggy, Say the Mystery throughout the decade of the Rosary.
