The other one is “let he who is without sin cast the first stone” The tragedy is that Charles dragged his heels when he and Camilla were first involved, mainly because she wasn’t seen as a suitable wife by the establishment at the time and he was actively discouraged from continuing their relationship. So they both ended up in disastrous marriages with other people. Then in his 30’s he was pressurised into finding a suitable wife to have children with etc. I think one of the main issues for Charles and Diana was the age gap and a lack of common interests to develop and sustain a successful and happy marriage. It’s so easy to judge others when we are all just trying to negotiate our way through life the best way we can, but our trying isn’t done under the scrutiny of the media and public. I think Charles, Camilla and Diana are all essentially good people who made mistakes and some bad decisions, as do we all. Hopefully we can all extend the sort of compassion we would all expect for ourselves to all three of them.

You all call Camilla mistress but the fact is she and Charles wanted to marry but the queen would not let him Merry her she wasn't hi brow enough she sent him off on Navy duties when he got back Camilla had married someone else but she and Charles were still in Love and her husband was a womanizer gone alot..so Charles and Camilla got back together a few years later and thus the mistress thing started.he was married to Dig but things were already going badly .so bye and bye they divorced and Charles and Camilla after a while finally were allowed to marry I don't remember why the queen changed her mind the whole thing is in a couple books I read. Guess you can all figure I am a mistress because if it was me and my husband who I was married to for 58 years and we were in that situation I would do anything I had to to be with him. I heard Harry asked two girls to marry him, but they both turned him down. They didn’t want the Royal life. One of them he dated for years-Chelsey. Rightly or wrongly the only reason why William and Harry were allowed to marry who they fell in love with was because of the disaster in stopping Princess Margaret, Prince Charles and Princess Anne from marrying who they first wanted too. Even before I listen to the video I can't see where either Duchess would have a problem with each other. Camilla and Kate can feel comfortable around each other without worrying about anything being repeated. Camilla is still blamed for Diana's misery & the eventual breakdown of her marriage. As much as I, along with people in the UK, USA & The Commonwealth, liked, respected & empathised with Diana, I personally did not blame Camilla solely for the continuation of her & Charles adulterous relationship. Charles was just as much if not more to blame. I will go as far as to say Camilla took all the abuse & I found myself respecting her for her stoic silence & discretion. You can not help who you fall in love with, it's just unfortunate it was a man who was married to a young girl,who didn't know how to handle the situation at all & she was a very emotion driven person. Charles did not love her with the passion he had for Camilla, but I do think he was very fond of her & in his own way he did love her. This was evidenced when he took on the entire Royal establishment & insisting on repatriating her body, which arrived back in the UK draped in the Prince of Wales flag as befitted her rank as The Princess of Wales. He insisted in a semi State Funeral, this was not just for the benefit of his sons. I respect him for ensuring she had a Funeral Service befitting her Status & I believe his grief & sadness was genuine. Like most divorced couples, they had found a friendship unobtainable in marriage. William at least was mature enough in later years to understand that & probably waited so long to ask Catherine to marry him, so that he wouldn't cause her the pain that his mother endured & when he had children himself they would not suffer as he & Henry did. Camilla is accepted, with warmth as she has made Prince Charles happy.

Catherine wanted the little flower girls to wear tights as is the norm but she was rebuffed. Everyone tried to help That Woman slip seamlessly into the position of a Royal Wife, Catherine had been specifically ask to help as had Angela Kelly and other members of the Royal Household but That Woman "knew it all" and chose to ignore all advice. Had Catherine withdrawn Charlotte and George from the Bridal Party William might have felt honour bound to support his wife's decision and step down himself. That would have created even more drama. Before the wedding That Woman decided to play the "race" card and she was graciously allowed to have a Black Gospel Choir and a Black Preacher who had never met the pair to give the oration and her only family guest was her Mother. There was no one from her Maternal or Paternal Family invited but she asked for several celebrities, many of whom had a tenuous acquaintance with her thus proving how unsuitable she was to become the wife of the Prince Henry of Wales.
It wasn't just Catherine, Henry's wife upset she reduced little Charlotte to a trembling little bag of tears & confusion. That did not come from someone with an axe to grind, it came from one of the seamstress who was fitting the flower girls dresses. Starting over the girls not wearing tights & ending with Madams cruel taunts, nasty remarks & always comparing little Charlotte unfavourably with her BFF Rooney's girl, who she drooped a few months later. Catherine rang William, gathered up Charlottes things & her own & waited for William, who did not take long to pick them up. He was angry that Catherine was hurt & upset & totally furious that Charlotte was hurt so badly. The next call was to his Father, message to Henry, find a new flower girl, find someone else to get them settled & Harry can get a new supporter.Camilla was instrumental in sorting that out. But there was never going to be a friendship between Harry's wife & the Cambridges & no favours for Harry either.
