Pray before you bring anybody into your home. Recently we hired a lady to work for us. The day before she started work i felt in my spirit to pray. I prayed fervently and asked the holy spirit to help me make the right decision. I asked God to stop her from coming if she's going to cause problems for us. The day she was supposed to come she didn't come. I tried calling her, guess what! she had blocked my lines for no apparent reason. I used our security's number to call her, but she refused to answer. After few days i tried again when she eventually picked up she said she was waiting for her mum to come and assist her to take care of her kids etc, but i said to myself God blocked you from coming. There's power in prayer. Dont just bring people into your home. Pray first and ask the holy spirit to help you make the right decision.

I had a male house help and he was so argumentative and high maintenance. I ended up sacking him. I know have a female house help and quite frankly i dont know what I'd do without her. I've had her for about 3 yrs now.Shes very reliable, dependable and respectful.

Whether it’s a male or female domestic staff…..it makes no difference if the person is evil. Such a senseless waste of life….may she rest in peace

He's a menace to society. Apart from the murder charges against him he's jailed 20 years for robbing an elderly woman who actually gave him an employment opportunity. Just 21 and so evil.

He deserves capital punishment. Recall he has committed a series of crimes and finally got employed by his victim. I wonder why the company that hired him failed to do a background check. I also wonder why he was not jailed after his previous crimes. He was allowed back into society, and now he did the worst, murder! This boy has no place in society.

Why didn't he just steal her things and leave her alive? Why why why? This is heart breaking. Such a beautiful likeable person. So so sad😢😢

What a tragedy. 💔 I am on the side of an eye for an eye. Unfortunately, it was only a matter of time until he committed a heinous crime. As you mentioned, the two worst character traits are laziness & greed. He was obviously down the path of destruction. To add, he didn’t show mercy when he took the woman’s life. I find it ironic that he is now begging for mercy. That is Africa, if they don’t treat it as an eye for eye situation, I believe it would give other perpetrators the guts to commit similar acts.

How are these manpower companies not held into account?? Aren't they supposed to thoroughly check out staff they employed?? This is sickening and angering!! He should be beatrn silly! It shouldn't be about preference, people should be honest and do the work whether man or woman. People should not have to live in so much fear of trying to make their lives a little easier while helping others with their cost of living.

Am a perfect example of "why do bad things happen to good people "but trying to stop doing good things to people is even more difficult so,I have come to realize that doing good regardless, is my own call.

This world is turning into evil by day.. The most hurtful part is that this guy was taken from a reliable agent so this tells us that this guy probably fooled the agent and he surely did a good job at it.... All these people who cause others to cry, how do you feel when you see their tears ? Seriously, these are young men who have their years and future before them. Neze it happened here in Ghana 🇬🇭. The guy is promoting gay on TikTok. Also he was just sentenced 20 years for stealing a huge sum of money. He also run away with another’s money and now murder. The security company must be sanctioned for not doing due diligence on the guy before employing him and sending him to guard Afia Ahenkan house

How is a 22yo this greedy for heaven's sake! It's unfortunate how youths of nowadays have no boundaries. As it stands most youths of these days have blood on their hands. I fear for the coming generation. I have thought abt how our kids may end up marrying people who have blood on their hand and how their innocent families might suffer the consequences. I honestly have no opinion here. Whatever the family chooses is fine by me except the law says otherwise. It is easy to say forgive when you are not a direct victim. They deserve a right to however they choose to deal with the boy. If they want the ultimate price, so be it. He should have thought abt his age before doing sth of this magnitude.

As for me I will be very uncomfortable to have a male as my servant when my husband is not around. In my family we do not have helpers who are not related to us. The company that sent John to that family should be severely dealt with. Companies who engage in helping people with domestic staff always do a thorough,criminal records are checked, finger prints are taken and several guarantors are always demanded for before sending them off. The company should be taken in for negligence.
