Atmosphere went dark pretty quick there ... got kinda scared to be honest. Also this gives me 2014 vibes of AAA sniping a B17 pilot from 14km away ... xD
oh yeah random mid map AA does that sometimes but the ones at the bomb targets are very consistent and if you're no aware of it you might get hit and not even make it back to af and if you do game is probably over already. Best i've seen is a aaa truck shooting down a f2 sabre sending it on the deck in 2016/2017

I can’t help but say but base aaa is useful and needed, and it’s pretty easy to defeat as the attacker. But the moment your plane gets touched by first aaa round, it’s over
I mainly fly planes as a fighter if they fit the role or not and getting shot and being forced to rtb due to aaa sucks. I think bases have always had some aaa near them but idk why they are as agressive and accurate now
