When we say rpe 8, are we trying to get an average of 8 per set cause it would get harder each set as we fatigue or should we auto regulate the weight each set to get ~2 rir each set?
@@willratelle8027 would it be as valid to work in a small rep range and auto reg the rpe by adding or subtracting a rep or two to get the prescribed rpe or is staying on the prescribed reps best?
My current sports are mosting cycling and running. I also like to play tennis and basketball. Would this be a good program to add to my schedule? I'm currently hitting the gym twice a week with coumponds lifts and doing endurance with my cycling and running the other days of the week. I really just want to be a better overall athlete.
