The movie was not as bad as critics makes it sound. I think the trailer (including the one at the beginning of this video) really tried to make the film seem action packed when it shouldn't have been from the beginning. They should've just focused on the struggle between Melanie and Wonda (since that was what the book was mainly about).
I watched the movie two days ago and I had no idea there was a book! Now the movie has spoiled the ending of the book for me! But I still want to read it.
No, no not really. Taken these answers are just a minute or two long, pretty much on the spot answers, I think they're just speaking from the top of their heads, w/o much thought put into it. It would be absurd to "think of the children" when doing a press junket unless the questions are specifically directed towards such a group.
