April 5, 2013. Another sold out gig at Joe's Pub. "C'est Si Bon" was composed in 1947 by Henri Betti, lyrics by Andre Hornez.

I just love The Hot Sardines music...finally real music in 2013...Bring it in on !!! They are all so talented....Can't get enough of them ...so far I've been to four shows and counting.....I'm hooked to the beauty of their music....I'm lost in time, traveling back in a time machine. Right here in front of God and RU-vid, I'm violating the Tenth Commandment: I'm coveting your opportunities to enjoy the Sardines live. But RU-vid is a great second! To add to the pleasure, we have TAP DANCING instead of squirming, twerking, skanky legging, and grotesque bumping/grinding [which replaces eroticism with pornographic contortions].

back In the 60's there was a more up tempo version of this song that I like but don't know who sung it. I would very much appreciate any help that I can get in identifying this song. Thanks

Eartha Kitt’s rendition is the most well-known, but it’s not more up tempo than this.

Ha! No. I was just letting another music lover know there are several versions in English. I meant MY French was terrible, so I know what she is saying, but only because I recall the lyrics from the English version

Lavaman3682 I was surprised with your statement. I thought you are the singer lady. Sorry.... I know the singer is french woman, and she sings in english (american) without any accent. I love this band....
