This is how all Nigerians play - we are a very populated country (220 million - in the size of slightly more than twice the size of the state of California!), so we have to be good to compete. Also, the North is Muslim, so if we go up there, they kill all Christians, so we stay South, and get as good as we can at our trade. But with so many people, it is easy to make a good living at whatever you take on. Although there is strength in numbers, they (Muslims to the North) also know that all too well. It's a known *fact* : you don't get lost - either bandits or wild animals will eat you. So, we stay down South by the beach, where it is safe. But it's hot and humid - like Florida. Since we use C, it's usually 35 to 38 degrees - *very* hot.
