Its like how we expect our bosses to know what they tell us to do . It helps so that the help doesn't think u will not survive without her . It's interesting how nannies here are paid high. I see nanny jobs online paying $3000/month. The things the nanny does are not even any close to what Ugandan nannies do. Here nannies drop kids to school of course vehicle is provided, when kids are in school she is out doing groceries and a bit of work at home, pick kids up, help with home work and light cooking then leaves the house at 6pm. There was a time I almost thought of applying to become a nanny because most nannies I've met looooooove their jobs.

What are the costs of training and how long does the training take?

I watched this video and got a nanny on Sunday. She's been super so far until this morning (Friday) when I just found out that she gives my son medication. I think so he can sleep. I'd always wondered why she'd lock the doors when putting him to sleep and told her to stop. But this morning (5am) when he woke up and she locked I couldn't go back to sleep. I think it's the Holy Spirit who even lead me to go check the medicine cabinet and for sure one medicine was missing but it's a supplement. I decided to know and asked her to open. Then I asked her where the medicine was and she told me she'd given him. My friends I'm just in shock wondering how many times she's given him. Should I fire?
