This two story house did not exist. It's a new house next to the dingy, dark lake house. The property is now given a new lease on life. In part 2. we will be showcasing the lake House after the renovation and downstairs of this house.

The Lake Cottage was terribly neglected. It was renovated in Autumn, last y. hence painted in bright orange paint. The two story house was a brand new build. It was intended to be used for functions such as the weddings and other special events. It's a very big house for a small country town.
There is something very wrong with amount of views? It's like some people never surface in this wonderful age of technology..? Maybe there should be no technology at all?
