@@Gonshaaa They are connected in that the Welt in HSR is the same Welt in HI3rd but there is a barrier of some sort that separates the HI3rd universe and HSR Universe. It's all explained in a manga originating from HI3rd called Alien Space.

We don't know that much about her powers yet, but based on her gameplay and her being an Emanator, it's safe to say she might be on par with Welt, although until we get further info on her, Welt is stronger.

It's been destroyed twice. went from pistol, to gauntlet and external stabilizer, to cannon. Welt summons it in the external stabilizer form but without the gauntlet. Dunno why.

The combination of Ice and Earth become Herrscher of Rimestar. Herrscher of Earth is what the Previous Era called the Herrscher of Star with. In the Current Era they put the correct designation of the Herrscher of Earth, which is : Herrscher of Star. Herrscher of Earth is the wrong designation that Previous Era made.

It's not a copy, if it were it would disappear after use. The Star of Eden has a tragic story as it broke a few times, Su trying to face Kevin had the weapon shattered before she could even use it lol. If I'm not mistaken, shortly afterwards Anty Entropy recovered the fragments and rebuilt it, but it broke again, in the last restoration was no longer possible for the weapon to function properly, that's where Welt Joyce comes in, the first herrscher of reason, who through from his Herrscher authority and knowledge about the Star of Eden he was able to repair the weapon and use it to its fullest. Thus this legendary weapon became a trademark of all herrscher of reason onwards. One of Bronya's greatest feats was being able to create a perfect copy of the Star of Eden out of thin air, but the one Welt currently uses in HSR is the true legendary weapon from the ancient era, visually modified to look like a cane lol which only works because he is still a herrscher of reason.

It would have destroyed Penacony. The core that powers the weapon is from the Dead Herrscher of Earth/Stars, who in the manga was shown to have casually deleted a continent off the face of the Earth and was going to destroy the planet before an organization (Fire Moth/The Flamechasers) built specifically to kill Herrschers took it out. So yeah... Penacony might have been doomed. Then again, Welt can control the output of the blackhole as he did when fighting a prime Herrscher of the Void in space so as to not destroy the moon, so he probably would have only destroyed a chunk so as to not kill off the Penacony civilizations. 😅

IX already existed before Welt entered the Star Rail universe, even way before Himeko fixed the train. Also, the Divine Keys are made by mankind, the Black Hole Welt can create is only a glimpse of a galactic black hole IX is.
