this movie was so good, I liked that lockhart was a smart character, really trying to escape and not making a clown himself. we need more movies with characters like these. also i really liked the setting, the 'filter' they used to portray switzerland and nyc. really really liked a cure for wellness

Something that nobody noticed is that Lockhart at the end has all his teeth. That's why the movie showed it. It gives a twist to it. On one hand it could be that everything was just in his mind and he was insane (that would mean that the torture, losing two teeth and everything else never happened). On the other hand it could be that the one in the bycicle is not Lockhart but the villain using his face as a new mask. Either way the ending is not what it looks like.

@@StRanGerManY idk the narrator just says it. There's two options: 1) the narrator assumed it, so they might be wrong or 2) the film shows it bu the recap doesnt. Also in a film with a 300 year old killer "how would they fix teeth?" is the last question you should ask

@piergiorgio919 well, not really the last. Baron lived 300 years because of the vitamins. It's kind of plausible with the suspense of disbelieve. With teeth, however, it's weird. There is no ANY explanation for why or how that happened. It is entirely different

Yes, that's it. Makes you live hundreds of years (age very slowly), but doesn't make a person truly immortal. A Cure for Wellness is a great movie! Highly recommend!

One thing I've always hated about movies like this is that whenever the character gets the chance to escape, instead of trying to go back home or just getting as far as possible, they contact the local authorities that are 5 miles away. I seen this golm its actually really good, the aquifer underneath was infested with disgusting eels which they used on their victims to force it down their throats which created a chemical from the victims sweat glands from the extreme fear and shock, and put it in a vial, for the owner of that mansion to drink to stay young 🤢🤮 never hated water so much in my life..good ending tho, he escaped while that place burnt to the ground.

Bro, just my thought, but I think the smile at the end was because, in the end, Volmer was disguised as Lockhart. I mean, Volmer was wearing a mask. Since Lockhart was doing so many things that aggravated Volmer, he could have just got a face mask of him, and in the scene where Lockhart Fights Volmer, Volmer could have escaped Hannah's shovel and dropped Lockhart in, but then he could wear the face mask and be disguised as him. Also, why did he say no to the boss and flee with only Hannah in the dead night????????
