Agreed, this is one of my favourite cases since this crime happened when I was a kid and I remember following it well. This was a time when I had just become accustomed to the stories of Sherlock Holmes @desi studios
The repetitive escapes of That Psycho reminds me of Ted bundy! TED BUNDY was way too clever in escaping from such highly protective jails several times but in this case this psycho made everyone fool just because of the IGNORANCE, IRRESPONSIBILITY, and improper SUPERVISION and coruppted minds of the Police... SHITTT!
They let a criminal take a bus ride in public without handcuffs? Were they serious? Nothing much has changed all these years. A recent case in Rajasthan did the rounds of social media when a criminal was shot by a rival gang inside a public bus in broad daylight! The rival gang even filmed the shootout and the cops were helpless. :D
Has anyone noticed how the dates on which the crime takes place years ago matches with the episode release date. I have been noticing this trend since a long time now. Is that intentional? Btw excellent work you guys 💗
Your scripts are so well worded. Its such a pleasure to listen to you both! Much love from Bangalore. Psycho Shankar is a case I remember following all too well until he died. Job well done and keep more work coming ❤❤❤
Guys even in Karnataka I have seen prisoners in public busses but they are handcuffed and police have guns ...its a common thing u guys just not aware of it .
I still remember those days the most feared summer holidays I ever had the amount of chaos he had created in chitradurga and davangere belt, where he used to walk upto houses and kill them in daylight,me and my cousins as 12-13yrs old were terrified with all the news about psycho shankar on news channels
I'M EXCITEDDDD YAYY YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME 😭 P.s. guys don't hunt me down saying shi like omg it's sad and all bro yah it is I'm just excited to watch them don't kill it pls :((
Hi there, I'm a fan of your channel and your in-depth coverage of south asian crime cases. I was wondering if you've considered doing a podcast on the recent Kolkata case? It's a truly disturbing story that deserves more attention. Even international RU-vidrs like Stephanie Soo have covered it, but I believe it's crucial for Indian RU-vidrs to shed light on such incidents.
They did do a RU-vid shorts on it. Likely they're waiting for the r*pists to be caught before doing a whole video on it? But you're right, I'd love to hear their take on the case too.
It's amazing how you both spend so much time researching and putting together a crisp narrative. I am amazed by your talents and as a writer each of your scripts are such a joy to hear. Lots of LOVE from a long time Desi Fan and a proud onlyfam member ❤❤
The Bangalore prison guard didn't let him go in exchange for money. In fact, he started liking him because Shankar (a Tamil) was learning Kannada. There are also rumours that if he had learnt the language perfectly, the Bangalore/Karnataka government was willing to pardon him along with state gem commendation.
So, let me get this straight, they thought death penalty was the way to go in the Dhanonjoy case inspite of numerous inaccuracies in the prosecution's case but the same law inferred that Psycho Shankar did not deserve the death penalty. Wow!
Dude WHAT THE HELL! I heard this podcast late at night and literally was terrified after that 😮 There was some construction baaju mei and I was paranoid that someone is hiding and waiting to attack me! After sleeping with much difficulty, I had a terrifying dream about some killing attacking mom and I. I managed to escape asking for help and someone met Aishwarya lol. Ofcourse, I abruptly woke up after that.
Hey guys would you like to cover the case of "Yuba County 5" in detail? It's one of the most mysterious and spine tingling cases I've ever come across!
Great story telling and video and everything. But.... is that nose real @aishwarya? It's so perfect! If I get a nose job, my surgeon is getting a picture of your nose as inspiration
A-rode and saalim is just absolutely crazy and honestly lazy. Kozhikode required some nuance and i guess its okay, but this was quite basic. Especially for a channel with such good writing and production, i think you should do better. Im sure your own followers will be happy to help you with these Otherwise love your work though
Can u give evidence about the story of geeta and her husband explained in 32:52 in which he sets fire in their house...there are no evidence i found on internet...neither any article or texual records
A humble humble request please can you guys cover the Menendez brothers case. Netflix is gonna release a tv show soon but please can you cover the story. It has a lot of ups and downs in the media and already a lot has happened. Can you guys please cover it.
Love your channel and I religiously watch every single episode every Sunday morning on my day off 🤩 In regard to this case - it’s said a cat has nine lives! This guy seems to have been giving cats a run for their money !!! 😮
I was a young adult when he escaped from Bengaluru Central Jail and I had read about it in the newspaper (as one did before social media took over) I remember bolting and locking the house down every night till he got caught. Thanks for bringing those not so fond memories back!
bro i was one of the applicants who sent in a edit of this was so hyped for this case ps i don’t think im getting hired anytime soon lol this edit is fire
Okayy so u guys are doing a great job but one thing I dint like about this story narration is that it just sounds like she is reading it out from a book….. rather than saying it authentically (not narrating it from heart like she actually cares about the story) …and using carefully formulated words like bihearting and narrating it from a script …
