Thanks for taking the time to make this video! Much appreciated! I agree, I don't think I've tested enough to guarantee whether or not Lynx are consistent there. The 8 games I played that landed me 6 cats from that spot could have been an RNG blessing.
you are welcome brother 👍 took a bit longer as i planned, but was busy, and tired (and MAN!!! when you are tired and sitting in that treestand and listening to that E-caller all the time was hard as hell lol... made me fall asleep lol) ... but on average that spot you gave will produce a lynx about 50% of the time so you can go put it up for holiday event (pretty sure we need a lynx in the mission pack and maybe even in the campaign 😉 ...)
damn a complete test video on eurasian lynx must be so exhausting and so much effort...but thx to confirm my way of hunting them xD ... i hope they will be like this (a bit harder to hunt) forever
thanks, it was quite annoying indeed (had a busy week and was very tired when i was recording mostly... and that constant sound of the E-caller just did put me to sleep a few times even) ... but I promised to make this video so I did ... thx for watching and I also hope they will stay like this (the should be very hard to find !! and remain that way)
One consistent place I always hear lynx is around where the bear feeder is. Dang near every time I fast travel to the tent between the tent and the bear barrel I get calls or I hear them. Id almost say at least 7 out of 10 times.
yea... both barrel spots land me some lynx as well sometimes but about the same consistency as the spots I tested here in this video ... plus the bears prevent the lynx from coming in normally... but like said I think you are way better of looking for them/covering some ground in stead of betting all on one treestand/location
@BinkieTheHunter thanks for the you tube I agree with you Just like the Axis Deer there are not enough of them tbh they should put more on the Map Or Put Lynx and Axis Deer on othere map TY
you are welcome 👍 yea, the lynx numbers are way to low to find them consistently on one spot (plus they spread out to much over quite a huge area) ... the Axis has about the same problem yes, although I do see quite a lot of them in some spawns, but they also spread out over quite a large area, so that can make it feel like the same problem indeed. on the other hand I personaly like it that the linx are so hard to find, makes them feel more special if you do get a big one... and I am also against putting them on more maps (no offense, but most maps are full enough and its turning more into a zoo already here and there)
24:23 hey man, nice videos. Jackrabbit caller has full ~200m range, I confirmed it many times hunting foxes. Not sure why it says 100m in the game description, this is just wrong.
thanks brother ... you absolutely right about the foxes and the jackrabbit caller, only for the felines different rules are at hand ... in this video I only go over the effect of the jackrabbit caller for the felines 23:24 (time you pointed out) not the fox ... to get the complete info on the jackrabbit caller, look at the video i made before this one "the Hunter Classic: Free-to-play Mission Guide for New Players" and go to and skip to the correct timestap 30min52sec
@@Lextor667 I say "complete" info ... its not complete but you'll get what I mean there... for the complete info check the hunter wiki ;) type jackrabbit caller in the search option
Is your discord server public? Loved the giude, will really help me this year because last year i had a stationary treestand that took me countless hunts to finally get a lynx at.
discord.gg/xch3KAYW4f it is open server for anybody ... only me or one of the admins have to give you a role before you can see anything (you'll be in "sign-in" when you click link) ... so don't worry when it takes some time before you get in fully ... but you are most welcome 👍
