I was wondering where this was going. I thought it was going to be the typical inspirational cliche and then that twist at the end. It gave me that spine tingling chills. Amazing job to both of you!

I actually love the storyline. Simple and abstract. An artist so pulled into her work that she found herself in a world she created. Good job with the lighting and rapid shots too. Thanks for creating this❤️🌹

At the beginning is always hard. The best thing you did is that you took action and decided to do a short film. I believe the concept is amazing. Great actress good shots. Nothing in life is perfect there always room for improvement. What make a cinematographer is time, practice, dedication, and never give up! Great work Ermia Keep doing films like this and do not listen bad comments or negativity. As an artist you do work for yourself to express your inner out! Wow, the color choices in this film really caught my eye! 🎨 The contrast between the carpet and the soft blanket, coupled with how she dressed and the colors of the paintings, gave the room such an artistic vibe. Being a newbie RU-vidr myself, I truly appreciate this level of attention to detail. 🖌 I really like the main idea of the film, but these small details took it to another level for me. It's truly inspiring for creators like me. 👏 Kudos to the filmmaker for crafting such a visually appealing piece! 🎬

this is so sickk! its such a simple concept but the cinematography, lighting and overall aesthetic was done pretty well. I stumbled across this while trying to get inspiration for my own short film as I am a film student currently, good work :)

Man that was amazing!! Loved the low light shots, great fast lenses and bokehs. Noticed the extra efforts taken to throw a roll of paper into focus. Above all, the abstract storyline and how you managed to bring that feel without a single word spoken. Nice work by the actor as well. Keep doing these, am definitely subscribing!

This was so good! I loved the way it all played out. I felt so happy at that one scene where she was in front of the river it felt so peaceful. That twist at the end gave me such a scared feeling and I loved this so much. I aspire to create like this :) I want to show this to my film club and I can’t wait to see what they say!

The film is the perfect length, remains captivating until the end, the perspectives and camera movements are incredibly accurate, as is the color grading. The thumbnails was epic, nice minimal and to the point, the shots were great, some transitions need a tiny bit of work and sound design could be better but those are nitpicks, this was a GREAT first mini series, and lets talk the plot, the twist was awesome, the concept was great and I'm also excited to see youtube algorithm doing wonders for small creators. Hell yeah. Keep up the great work, this could turn to big shit in a few years. The time is now.

I loved the storytelling and the cinematography. It really pulls you into the story. However, the sound could be more polished. At times sound felt a little too distracting and artificial. At times there was no sound. I think this could be an outstanding piece if the sound gets some adjustments. Great work otherwise!

Well done bro. Great work, not just for your first attempt but in general. You look like you have a great understanding of lighting and it shows throughout, especially in the beginning scene in the room. You also clearly have experience with story telling because the way you dramatised the writers block was amazing. You chose some amazing shots and - coupled with the music - it got the point across really well. The twist at the end was great too and it gave me inception vibes. My only critique (and I'm sure you've already noticed) would be about some parts of the sound design, which is something I'm also slowly learning and getting better at. There were some parts where there is no sound at all or just one sound which kind of throws you off. Try stacking layers of sound effects like wind or birds chirping, so that when she's riding her bike, we don't just hear the chain and when she stops, there isn't just dead silence. Other than that, this was an amazing short and you've inspired me to stop making excuses and work with what I already have to make something amazing as well.
