My favorite moment in the whole series is probably when Hodor said "Hodor." I can't remember the episode but its just really touching, you know? Sometimes when life gets you down you just have to whisper "Hodor" to yourself and pick yourself back up.

One of my top favorite parts from season 3 is when the Unsullied choose Grey Worm as their leader and Daenerys tell them to choose new names over their slave names like the one's their mother's gave them. But Grey Worm says "The name my mother gave me was cursed for that is the name this one had when he was taken for a slave. But Grey Worm was the name this one had when Daenerys Targaryen set him free"... that was such an awesome scene. Makes you go "Fuck yeah Khaleesi"

I liked the scene of Jamie Lannister and Brienne both in the same bath tub. It goes into a flashback story of Jamie about why did he kill the mad king. It not only changed by perception about Jamie but also made me realize that in Life things can't be always be black and white but sometimes things are gray.

I wanna say that my favorite parts were any scene with Ygritte in them....but the red wedding must have had the greatest impact on me. Since I didn't read the books or anything I was like "WHAT!? ***** I actually think Sansa is turning into a pretty strong character. She started off pretty douchy... but that's the general nature of ALL teenage girls. :) Maturity and the need to survive has made her something much stronger and wiser. But then I'm a sucker for character progression.

Of course he's a badass, he started all the fighting and plotting by telling Lysa to poison Jon Arryn and to send a letter to Starks that it was Lannisters evil doing!He is behind imprisoning Eddard and killing Joffrey!And then he takes Sansa for himself and kills Lysa.He's hell-bent on getting his ruthless arse on the Iron Throne.

My favourite scene of Season 3: Tywin moves the small council chambers into the Tower of the Hand, and the small council members fight over the chairs. That scene says SOOO much about all of the characters involved, without any of them saying a single word.

the worst thing about this season, to me, is that they leave out so many other worgs and they demolish Bran's story, especially his green dreams. The show makes it incredibly boring and no one can tell how important Bran is suppose to be.

Why are people bored with Bran ?! He has the closest arc to magical stuff and is tied to the fight against the White Walkers, through his prophetic visions! That's awesome! I would rather see him giving us flashbacks and visions from the future than Joffrey impaling whores with his crossbow!

Best moment in GoT: The original ending of the episode, where Jamie looses his hand - with no dialogues to hear, because the music starts earlier. The irony of this moment without the cheesy dialogues multiplies by ten!

I hated that ending! The music is a horrible contrast to the feel of the actual episode. I like the version where the dialogue is there. But I guess that's just taste!

Billythachikk I think that was exactly the point of this ending. The irony of this helpless situation, in which "allmighty" Jamie Lannister found himself. All of his words about gold and power, about his father, his threats... all of this is just a noise in this moment. I think the ending with the music helped me to better understand the changes Jamie went through, after that night. And I liked his character even more. :)

Screen Junkies Best unexpected part hands down.. lol (no pun intended).. when Jamie Lanister gets his hand cut off.. I mean look at his reaction. Its all, "Huh?.. uh..AAAAAAHHH!!" ... Bran's story is my favorite. It has the most interesting stuff going on that they haven't explained yet. I mean, he can get into Hodor's mind, and make him do stuff, and he has crazy dreams and he's like some kind of 'chosen one'. It's just far more interesting to me than Daenerys and her sulking about slavery.

Fav part is when Ramsey Snow pretends he is helping Theon escape his captors, walk in circles, give Theon hope that he is meeting his sister, only to come back to the same dungeon where he was being tortured.

One of my favorite scenes was "Anguy's Aim" when first introduced to the brotherhood, when anguy shoots the arrow in the air to make it land where Hot Pie was. "You should move, because im done talking" haha, dont know why, just liked that scene

I'm actually talking about managing the kingdom, not war. Daenerys more than capable to win the war in westeros and defeat the white walkers, but as far as kingdom management goes, Daenerys isn't as smart.

Too many great things happend this season, but one of my absolute favourite scenes is the one where Tywin Lanister is introduced as hand of the king. Where he has arranged the chairs in a wierd proition, and all the council members are forced to take seats next to him. So much of their character are explained through their actions, and we see littlefingres ambition and that Tyrion isn't a suck up to his father like the others, but almost an equal, oppsin Tywin. And and it is all done without saying a word :). That scene is a great example of how good the writing and directing is, and how much the creators love the characters.

How can people not like Robb Stark? BOO! he was his fathers son, kind hearted, skilled in battle, able to inspire men to fight for him and honourable to a fault. he was crowned (by his bannermen) as the first King in the North for hundreds of years. The young wolf. THE KING IN THE NORTH!!!

Khal Robbo Omble is a notable character in the books but not so in the show, sorry. Basically the most loyal and powerful lord of Robb, that what he is. And if I have not that much compassion for Robb, it is simply that he was so dumb that everything but battle could have meant his death, and all of his choices were total fuck-ups while his mother most of the time did the right thing.

Short of the red wedding, The scene in the next episode with Robb's body with the Wolfs head sewn on. That for some reason disgusted me than anything else. Fighting a war is one thing, disrespecting the dead and wolves..that crossed some sort of moral compass of humanity.

Well, that is kinda what happens in wars. I once saw a documentary about WWII, where a survivor reported to have been raped by russian soldiers on the body of her recently shot mother. So yeah, war sucks.

k3nny111 Right, I know its the norm. I just found that scene to be even more disturbing than the slice and dice stuff. War is hell, yes..and what was done was done out of necessity depending on your view, but the stuff afterward with degrading the bodies and such...that hit the buttons of outrage..same as when you hear about wars also..shooting the enemy is fine..cheered..but if we hear of a soldier doing something terrible, it riles the public up. Why do you think the POTUS said Osama was treated to a respectful Islamic burial at sea. because the world in general would lose their collective minds if it was said the body was disrespected...even though the guy was an ass, even though the world had no issue shooting him in the face...that part was glossed over. It perfectly exemplified how savage and disgusting not just war is, but perhaps even the "honorable" warriors are who fight them...turns pride into bile.

k3nny111 Who are you and what are your intentions? There was tones of wars and different disgusting episodes, but you choose for example the one with russians. Why? 22 millions of russian people died during WWII. This war was won by there lives and You choose for example russians. Germans murdered children, made people starve, raped and did many horrible things, that my poor knowledge of english cannot describe, but you put russians for an example of unhuman behavior. Why?

Дмитрий Олексич You're taking this too personal. It's not about how bad Russians were in the war. It's about how every side can turn sour and cruel in war. Sure, the Germans were the 'all around bad guys' or something, but they were still human. Allied troops also did horrible things to French and German civillians. And even though 21 to 28 million Russians were killed in WWII, I'm sure that doesn't make it less true they did terrible stuff as well. The thing is, every side in the war was both bad and a victim in some way, not just Russia/

Дмитрий Олексич First of all, I don't have anything in particular against Russians, if thats what you suspect. (Not a big fan of Putin though, get the fuck out of the Krim.) I didn't use the Holocaust because a) it is an over-used example and b) technically, it would have happend with and without WWII, so I don't think of it as specifically a war crime. I used the example of the Russian soldiers especially because they were not "the bad guys" in this war, if one wants to think simplistic about it. They were the ones fighting the Nazis, but still they were no heros - instead, they were just a pack of murdering rapists, like _all_ soldiers deployed in war zones. The same can be said about the Americans, both then and today. Don't be offended that I singled out Russians. The example of the girl getting raped on her mothers corpse haunts me since I heard about it, even though it is nothing particular unusual during war. And if you don't want to think about your grandfather - or great grandfather - as potencially a murdering rapist (if he was deployed during WWII), don't worry too much about it. If I would tell you my family history, well.. but that's a different story.

The best scene in season three is when Daenerys breaks that deal with that slave master guy. " the dragons are not slaves" and burns him! Then she orders everyone with a whip to be killed. The way she takes control is amazing. She tricked him and broke a deal which is normally frowned upon since she's a heroine, and heroines always stay true to their word but not her and I applaud that!

My favorite part was watching my sister and mom watch the red wedding episode and telling them that nothing really happened in that episode and then seeing them going into shock as to what just happened. My mom was so confused we had to re-watch the wedding, (but I was already numb to character deaths.)
