He's not saying to literally not use your phone for work or emergencies lest you become a sinner, but that too many people are on their phones more hours of the day than they are in their Bibles. If you think about what the majority of people are likely viewing on their phone-- porn, social media, posting hateful comments-- they're indulging in lustful, covetous, lying behavior.

Can you explain your statement? The Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost are all God. One essence, expressed as three persons. Pastor Kim gave just one example of scripture, showing how we our salvation is sealed by all three. This is one of many examples in Scripture where the bible testifies that all three are God.
