That is most definitely not the way to learn properly. It's teacher centred and some learners don't learn anything at the end of the day. Learners need to be part of the learning so that they can understand what they are being taught. Learner centered lessons are the future.

This is somewhat correct. However, students need a quality teacher that is fair and has a strong command over the material, real labs, nature to observe/play, a blackboard and chalk, and quality books. Similar to calculators to a certain level, computers and other virtual tools should be used sparingly. As for all people, we need actual connection to real environments to learn beyond simulations.
