I really appreciate these live videos. Have a question: my son is US citizen and has lived in America almost all of his life. He married overseas and currently residing with his wife. Can he file I-130 for her online from overseas? Can he stay abroad with her (since she’s expecting a baby in some months) until the consular process is due? Thanks so much!
