Hello Jim watching from NJ I don't know why no told you about your mic but at my end , I was hearing the guess all right but yours was low and really wasn't sounding as normal. Don't know if you were trying a new mic so please check it for the next show. Thanks
Hi Hacking Immigration, Im not sure if I have a case or not, but I had qualified for CSPA due to the new rules they had put in place just barely, I was notified near the end of the 1 year submission period leaving just about a week to fill all forms and mail it out which I did, I had submitted all forms including the payment form for concurrent filling in the initial submission. I got a denial based on "missing" payment even thought it was sent and received, we re-sent everything back and it got sent back for 'wrong amount saying we needed to add more payment for the i-485 and i-765 that we only sent enough for the 485. But from the website it was one price for both of them in late 2023. So after re sending it back with a letter stating that the payment is for concurrent filing it got accepted however by then it was 1 month late. And just today the letter stating case denied due to it being 1 month late came in, that I meet all the requirements however it is late by 1 month, they state i may not appeal this decision however i may file a motion to reopen/reconsider with form I-290-B. Any advice is appreciated, and if I still have a chance since the error was not on my side. Thank you,
