Poor drainage is because gullys sre NOT CLEANED OUT OFTEN ENOUGH water csnt ron as pies are clogged with silt from roades leaves yeats ago you would see road sweepers cleaning the drains and to days plastic drainage 100m cant cope with it houses built on floodplains "its ok this flood plaiinebhasent flooded for 20years so lets build on it"
